Stop funding the wicked Library

Updated: Apr 17

The Library, like the school system is wicked.

You are funding programs like "Drag queen story time". The LGBT community has openly critisized the indoctrination of youth. Here is a video of a drag queen openly calling out drag queen story time. https://youtu.be/fMSZdI2KVko?si=sfbPvFYCVlpfugpd " Gays against groomers" exists as "An organization fighting back from inside the community against the sexualization, indoctrination and medicalization of children happening under the guise of “LGBTQIA+”. Copied from their website. https://www.gaysagainstgroomers.com .

  • There is no Boycott. If you do not use these programs or disagree with their doctrine, you are still paying for it and keeping them in business. What are you going to do about it? People go online and complain about thier wicked activities. The answer is to stop using them and voting to fund them! They are guilty of the same things the school and Bud Light are, but they get a pass because our culture likes "free" books and crafts? Discussing. The Library system is so political, that when my family tells another person in casual conversation that don't use them, they act insulted because not using it is an act of political activism.

  • They are bad for the economy and small business. They are expensive for taxpayers to maintain and staff. A local art school has to charge money for their craft classes because they are a business providing a service. The library offers crafts too, for free. This is terrable "competition" for small businesses. Instead of buying a book, even used, people just borrow the books. Authors get no money for their work this way.  A mom run play group on meetup cannot survive because the library provides "free" children's playtimes. This kind of thing has created an entitlement culture. Why would people pay for something, when you can get it for "free".

  • There are better, economical ways to access inexpensive books. People give books away on the "Buy nothing" facebook pages. Kindle Unlimited is very affordable. Used books are available everywhere; at thrift stores, Ebay, Amazon, FB marketplace, and in used books stores. You can even get free books at "Little free libraries" that are set up around towns. And have you heard about this new (sic) thing called the "Internet", which provides free access to millions of educational resources?

The solution to agenda driven programs like the Library is to stop facilitating it. Stop attending and funding it.

Stop funding the Libraries. America cannot afford them.
